- 25% deposit secures your booking and the balance is payable 2 months before your holiday. Payments are refundable ONLY if a subsequent booking comes in for the rental period cancelled, and LESS any bank charges. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
- A security deposit of 200 Euros normally returnable with 14 days of your stay is also payable with the balance of your rental.
- The State tourism tax (taxe de séjour) of 0.50 € per person (over 10 years old) per night is also payable with the balance of your rental. This tax is passed on to the local authority and contributes to the costs of tourist amenities.
