Terms

25% deposit secures your booking and the balance is payable 1 month before your holiday. Payments are refundable ONLY if a subsequent booking comes in for the rental period cancelled, and LESS any bank charges. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
A security deposit of 200 Euros normally returnable with 14 days of your stay is also payable with the balance of your rental.
The State tourism tax (taxe de séjour) of 0.50 € per person (over 10 years old) per night is included in your rental. This tax is passed on to the local authority and contributes to the costs of tourist amenities.
Guests are expected to leave Cubertou in the same clean and tidy condition [click to download what we mean] as they find it. If you prefer, we can arrange an end-of-stay clean from 10 am on your departure day, in which case please add the following to the balance of your rental :
